Highly recommended for a stay if in HCM - even if you intend to hit largely D1 attractions, Thao Dien is a short car ride away and this accoms is quiet and peaceful as it is located at a cul-de-sac. The staff (Stefan, Huy, Nguyen, Lan) were incredibly friendly and helpful and really enhanced our stay!

Mình có trải nghiệm ở đây lần đầu 2 đêm vì vị trí khá đẹp và yên tĩnh, lần sau vì quá mê nên chọn Nexus ở thảo điền tiếp 1 đêm nữa cho chuyến nghỉ dưỡng cuối tuần.

Friendly staff, warm welcome with a drink and small snack. Although the rooms are relatively small, they were really clean, modern even with a small balcony full of plants. Good location as well, most tourist location are within a 10 minute radius. Woud definitely recommend!

It felt almost like I had the place to myself, which made my trip even more relaxing. The facilities and room quality were good, and the core value of any hotel — a good night’s sleep — was perfectly delivered thanks to the quiet surroundings. The interior design and layout were also nicely done.

This beautiful retreat hidden in the hustle and bustle of the city is a true delight. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The incense was cool to have in the washroom, a great tip to bring home. The stone tub was amazing for soaking tired legs and feet in cold water. The balcony was awesome to just watch life pass by

Nay mình có chuyến công tác nên đã chọn Nexus House làm nơi để phục vụ cho chuyến công tác. Chất lượng phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát nếu bạn là người yêu thích phong cách Wabi Sabi thì sẽ cảm thấy không gian ở đây giúp chúng ta có những phút giây thư giãn, mà quên đi những áp lực. Bên cạnh đó, mình khá bất ngờ về thái độ tất cả nhân viên ở Nexus House khiến cho mình cảm thấy nơi đây như ngôi nhà thứ 2 của mình vì các bạn nhân viên từ lễ tân hay housekeeping đều nhiệt tình hỗ trợ phục vụ. Vị trí các quán ăn khá gần nên các bạn khi đến trải nghiệm chỉ cần 5 phút đi bộ có thể tìm kiến được quán ăn mà không cần phải di chuyển quá xa.
Cảm ơn Nexus House đã cho mình một chuyến công tác thật ý nghĩa

Super convenient location if you love staying in Thao Dien - it's also down a quiet alleyway so you get virtually no noise and the best sleep. Service was great, team was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again

The location of this hotel is wonderful, with lots of great restaurants, cafes etc within easy walking distance. The service is great and the staff even help carry luggage (no elevator). The cleaning lady is so sweet! The only negative in my week long stay was the construction work in the neighbourhood, but this is obviously not the hotel’s fault and it won’t last forever

I wish I had known about Nexus Hotel earlier-I would’ve booked it for all my Saigon trips! The location is perfect, close to Da Kao Market and all the places I needed to go. It’s super convenient, with a Mini Stop, restaurants, spa, and more around the area. There’s even a cozy coffee shop inside the hotel. I booked my stay using credit card points, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! I arrived around 1 p.m., and Han (sorry if I got your name wrong 🥹) was incredible. It was a super hot day and I was sweating, but Han immediately offered me a cold drink-thank you!! She helped me check in early and even fixed my reservation. We had a nice little chat, and it made me feel really welcome. The room was clean and spacious, with three windows that I absolutely loved. It had: shower cap, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, coffee and tea, slippers, microwave, safe, hairdryer, mini fridge, complimentary water bottles, kettle, and full bathroom amenities (shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo). Oh, as it was close to Women’s day, I was gifted a rose 🥹 thank you so much I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time!

Im taking Deluxe Double Room. Hotel is clean and feel comfortable with the environment. Service is so good, staff is considerate and helpful, they can speak English smoothly, no need to worry about communication. I order coffee but don’t have small change, they said I can pay tomorrow or when u check out the room, very considerate. Will come back to this hotel when i visit this city next time.

Wonderful stay in Saigon! I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Saigon. The location is excellent, perfectly situated amidst the city's hustle yet surprisingly peaceful at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always greeting us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy, with the standout feature being the incredible natural daylight. Waking up to sunshine streaming through the window each morning was so relaxing and set a positive tone for the day. The facilities were also impressive, including a Google TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube, which kept us entertained during downtime. While we did encounter a minor issue with a toilet blockage, the staff handled it promptly and efficiently, resolving the problem with care and professionalism, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon!

I stayed two days there, I cannot say much enough that this hotel is so nice, clean and organized! Both Front Desk ladies are super nice, great smiling! They speak fluent English! 100% I will stay in this hotel again on my next trip in Ho Chi Minh City!

We booked the Staycation package and it was such great value, we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful bathtub with hot water running smoothly all the time. It also felt private, good for couples. Breakfast was included every morning and the food was really nice. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. The only downside was that the view is currently blocked by construction on the hillside, but everything else made up for it. The location was okay for us since we were driving a manual bike, so it was easy to get around. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and relaxing stay in Da Lat!

Khách sạn nằm trong một con hẻm nhỏ ở trung tâm Q1. Phường này có vẻ là khu văn phòng nên không đông đúc, ngược lại khá yên tĩnh. Mình ở phòng phong cách Wooden, có cửa kính kiểu panorama nhìn được view từ ba phía, rất nhiều ánh sáng mặt trời. Mình được ngắm cả nắng lẫn mưa trong lần nghỉ này, cảnh nào cũng chill. Tóm lại là thiết kế phòng đẹp (các phòng khác cũng đẹp, mình thích ý tưởng mỗi phòng một thiết kế khác nhau như thế), độ sạch thì cần cải thiện thêm vì sàn còn bụi. Bạn lễ tân rất thân thiện. Khi tới mình còn được welcome dessert nữa. Điểm trừ là không có thang máy sẽ bất tiện cho bạn nào có vali to và ở phòng tầng cao, còn mình không vấn đề gì. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại

Mình rất thích dịch vụ ở đây. Nhân viên hỗ trợ cực kỳ nhiệt tình, còn linh hoạt cho bọn mình check-in sớm và đổi ngày. Chỗ nghỉ có view chill, phòng rộng rãi, ấm cúng, phong cách gợi nhớ Việt Nam xưa. Khu vực lễ tân, phòng và thang máy đều có mùi hương dễ chịu, rất thư giãn. Xứng đáng 10 điểm!

Nhóm 4 người chúng tôi đã ở khách sạn này 3 ngày, và chúng tôi rất ấn tượng với dịch vụ của khách sạn. Các bạn lễ Tân và quản lý rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Khách sạn với phong cách thiết kế là ngôi nhà trong rừng rất lạ mắt. Và rất ấn tượng con dốc đi xuống khách sạn.

Kỳ nghỉ hè này mình có dịp đến Sài Gòn và nghỉ ở Nexus House ngay tại trung tâm quận 1. Phòng xinh, mát mẻ, decor dễ thương. Vị trí siêu tiện đi chơi, ăn uống đều gần. Nhân viên cũng rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Rất recommend cho ai muốn du lịch Sài Gòn mà vẫn muốn không gian riêng tư, yên tĩnh!

ĐẸP, tuyệt vời lắm ạ!! Mới nhìn vào tưởng chưa xây xong nhưng mà không phải mng ạ, house thiết kế theo châu âu cổ điển, phòng em ở đầy đủ đồ dùng từ túi để đồ, nước, trái cây,… Bước vào phòng thì chỗ nào cũng có hình đẹp cho mng lun nhé hihi. Về lễ tân thì 10/10, gần gũi lắm ạ!!! Về vị trí thì đường xuống house là dốc hơi cao tí thôi ạ bù lại được view đèn lồng chill lắm lun í

Tôi thật sự ấn tượng với trải nghiệm tại Nexus House Cây Điệp. Vị trí ngay trung tâm Quận 1 nhưng không hề ồn ào, không gian lại yên tĩnh và rất dễ chịu. Phòng được thiết kế tinh tế, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi như tủ lạnh, bếp, máy giặt… cảm giác như ở nhà nhưng vẫn sang trọng và thoải mái. Điểm cộng lớn nhất chính là đội ngũ nhân viên: cực kỳ thân thiện, dễ thương và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách mọi lúc. Nhờ vậy mà tôi cảm thấy rất được chào đón và thoải mái trong suốt thời gian lưu trú.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Even though it’s a smaller hotel the rooms were surprisingly very spacious and extremely cost effective compared to other places in District 1. The location is fantastic because you are right in D1 close to everything but it’s not on a noisy main street so it’s peaceful at night and very easy to sleep. I also really want to recognise Quoc Dat at the front desk. He was wonderful to deal with and always so helpful with anything that came up. His customer service really made our stay feel even more welcoming. After long days exploring Saigon we genuinely looked forward to coming back to our hotel room each night. It felt comfortable and relaxing like a home base for us. We would definitely book here again next time we’re in Saigon and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in District 1.

The room is very spacious and the staff is super friendly. We went out and came back pretty late at night, and they told us that they won't have anyone to open the door and we would have to do it ourselves, but when I came back, there was a staff waiting for us, which is super nice. After we checked out, we were waiting for our car, we were offered a very refreshing drink and a little treat from another staff member. Super nice experience, definitely coming back here. But if you were offered the 5th-floor room, which we did, good luck climbing the stairs.

The staff there were super friendly. They help to carry my luggage up to my room. The room was big and very clean. I stayed in a room with a beautiful view. Definately coming back
